Lobster Welded / Hexagonal Wire Mesh for US market
It is a high quality PVC Coated Welded Wire Mesh, it is made by hot dippped galvanized after weaving, then plastic coated in the high temperature. It means the welded wire mesh will go through a bath of zinc first, then go through a bath of PVC Coating. Both zinc and PVC protection will benefit a lot of the welded wire mesh. PVC Coated Wire Mesh has the benefits of corrosion resistance, rust resistance, firm and strong. This kind of black plastic welded wire mesh is usually for lobsters in US market. With thicker PVC layer, makes the wire netting very strong and protect the lobster from damaged. You could also choose PVC Hexagonal Wire Netting for alternative. You could also choose simple galvanized then PVC coated process, which could save you a lot of cost. Both welded and hexagonal type will be work for you. You could choose which type you like.

18 gauge, 1" hexagonal wire mesh, galvanized after weave chicken wire netting
This "saltwater netting" is woven from heavy 18 gauge wire. 18 gauge wire is more than 30% heavier than the 20 gauge chicken wire available in your local retail store. After the wire is woven into a 1" hexagonal wire mesh, it is passed through a bath of molten zinc. It emerges with a thick, durable rust and corrosion resistant galvanized after weave (GAW) finish. The wires are thoroughly coated, including the twisted areas that tend to hold moisture. This mesh, designed for use in salt water, will last for many years. Heavy chicken wire fence is available in 150' rolls. Widths are 36", 48" and 72". Use this fence material for: • poultry runs • garden fence • game bird pens • saltwater applications, such as crab pots 18 gauge heavy hex wire is not for everyone. But if you want a chicken wire fence that will withstand the test of time, consider this product. Chicken Wire Netting Welded Wire Mesh • Initial higher cost is offset by the longer lifetime of the wire. • The need for frequent repair and replacement is reduced. • Stronger, heavier wire will stand up longer to normal wear and tear. • Heavy galvanization assures robust protection against rust and corrosion. Have you ever had the opportunity to try GAW chicken wire fence? Do you think it makes sense to pay more initially to avoid the cost and labor of repair and replacement?

How to make wire
To make wire, manufacturers start with a rod of metal; for wire mesh fencing, steel rod is the most common choice. This rod of metal is pulled through a metal plate with a hole in it. This metal plate is called a die, and the process of pulling the metal through the die is known as drawing. This process is repeated again and again with progressively smaller dies until the desired wire size is reached. Originally, the gauge of the wire referred to the number of times that the drawing process was done. Wire manufacturers started with Gauge 3 metal rods, and repeated the drawing process as many times as necessary. In earlier times, the size of the dies and the wires produced through them could vary significantly from one shop to another, because of low-tech machining processes. As machining and manufacturing became more precise, this variance began to become a problem. This eventually led to the standardization of wire gauge information; from that point on, each gauge measurement has corresponded to a particular size of wire. Wires can be widely applied Hexagonal Wire Netting, welded wire mesh, chain link fence, pet cage, dog kennel. We also have hexagonal wire netting, weld wire mesh, 3D fence panel, galvanized iron wire, garden wire, 4 Point Barbed Wire, Galvanized Binding Wire, Welded Fence Panel, Double Wire Welded Fence Panel, Crimped Wire Mesh and garden gate for your choice.

What`s the best kind of chicken wire and fencing
It is essential to set up fences around chicken coops or chicken farms, so that the chickens can be enclosed and protected from pests and natural enemies. This will prevent rats, snakes, etc. who want to eat chicken or dogs, raccoons, foxes, eagles, etc. who want to eat your chicken for dinner. There are several kinds of wires and fences, here I will discuss some of them: Galvanized hardware cloth. This is the best material for closed houses or closed operations. In particular, you need 1/2 inch galvanized hardware cloth(usually No. 19). Smaller openings may be too brittle, and larger openings will not deter rats or snakes. Hard cloth is divided into 3 feet, 4 feet, 5 feet and 6 feet, the most common of which are 3'and 4'rolls, with lengths ranging from 5 feet, 25 feet, 50 feet to 100 feet. We also have hexagonal wire netting, weld wire mesh, 3D fence panel, galvanized iron wire, garden wire, 4 Point Barbed Wire, Galvanized Binding Wire, Welded Fence Panel, Double Wire Welded Fence Panel, Crimped Wire Mesh and garden gate for your choice. We also have hexagonal wire netting, weld wire mesh, 3D fence panel, galvanized iron wire, garden wire, 4 Point Barbed Wire, Galvanized Binding Wire, Welded Fence Panel, Double Wire Welded Fence Panel, Crimped Wire Mesh and garden gate for your choice. Wire mesh is made by braiding or welding steel wires together and then hot-dipping them in zinc (galvanized) to prevent rust. It is a hard product, but you can bend it by hand, cut it easily with a pair of barbed wire cutters, and then use 3/4-inch galvanized poultry fence nails to fix it to the frame or column. After bending into a certain shape, the hardware cloth can maintain its shape well. Avoid using staples in manual staplers. They are prone to rust, and if/when they slide out, they will be pecked. On the other hand, galvanized staples fired from a pneumatic stapler gun work well.

Why Should You Use Galvanized After Weld Wire Fencing Materials?
Why Should You Use Galvanized After Weld Wire Fencing Materials? Are you looking for galvanized welded wire fence? Do you know you have a choice? There are two types of galvanized welded wire fencing materials: GBW (Galvanized before Weaving/Welding) and GAW (Galvanized After Weaving/Welding). Visually they appear very similar. But taking a closer look, you can see the difference. And after they have been installed, the difference becomes more remarkable with the passage of time. Which one is a better value, longer lasting, more readily available? We also have hexagonal wire netting, weld wire mesh, 3D fence panel, galvanized iron wire, garden wire, 4 Point Barbed Wire, Galvanized Binding Wire, Welded Fence Panel, Double Wire Welded Fence Panel, Crimped Wire Mesh and garden gate for your choice. Welded Wire Mesh GBW Galvanized Before Welding GAW Galvanized Before Welding Weld point-zinc is burned away made from strands of galvanized wire Burn - unprotected from rust and corrosion Water and any corrosive entities in the intersection- Slowly eating away the steel The entire finished product is drawn through a bath of molten zinc Wire intersections thoroughly sealed by zinc Protected from exposure to sources of corrosion and rust Available in different gauges and mesh sizes Chicken Wire Mesh/Hexagonal Wire Mesh GBW Galvanized Before Weaving GAW Galvanized Before Weaving made from strands of galvanized wire Economical and inexpensive mesh compared with GAW a moderate lifetime expectancy available in a wide variety of gauge and mesh combinations The entire finished product is drawn through a bath of molten zinc Salt water and greenhouse benches use Far superior to GBW one A longer lifetime expectancy Available in different gauges and mesh sizes GAW fencing materials are far superior to GBW. And they will last years longer than GBW. This is why they are the perfect choice to consider when you want a galvanized welded wire fence. Your initial investment cost is higher. But that is more than offset by the extended lifetime of the wire. Not only will you get years of use from your fence. But also you will save on the expenses of repairs and replacement. Why go through those frustrations and hassles? GAW meshes are the best choice for animal cages as well. The heavy galvanizing will stand up to corrosion from feces and urine. The need for cage replacement will be diminished greatly. Higher initial cost of a quality product will ultimately save you money. In general, GAW products are harder to find. There are few factories that sell them, partly due to their greater expense. But the demand for this higher quality welded /weaving wire fencing materials is not very strong. That's because most people do not know about Galvanized After Weld/Weave and that there is a huge difference. When people say the wire is galvanized, they are usually thinking about the generic GBW products. GAW never comes to mind, even though they might prefer to buy a higher quality product. The assumption is made that since the wire is galvanized, it will last for years. However, if they only knew, they could purchase something far better that would satisfy then for a lot longer
